Administrators are given rights to use the administration facilities in the Wolfkrow system. The applications available in the administration section are:
User Management
- Add, delete and edit users
- Assign user roles and groups
- Assign or change passwords
- Set password expiry times
- Set email and instant messaging authentication
Group Management
- Add, delete and edit groups

- Groups can be of different types such as roles or designations, departments or functional
- Permissions for access are controlled by group memberships
Database Management
- Set permissions for various databases, applications and documents
- Take backups or restore data from backups
- Purge or archive deleted objects
- Merge duplicate objects such customer accounts, projects, products, categories etc
- Create or manage templates used in various applications
- Maintain business rules configuration files
